Public Sharing Temporarily Unavailable in Your Region

Thank you for your interest in Inkover. Public viewing of shared manga translations is temporarily unavailable to users located in the United States and its overseas territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands).

This restriction applies only to the public-sharing surfaces (/shared/manga/... and /shared/chapter/.../read). The rest of the Service — your own translation work in the dashboard, billing, blog, legal pages — remains fully accessible. If you have an account, you may sign in and continue working as usual.

Why public sharing is temporarily closed

The Operator is currently completing the registration of its Designated Copyright Agent with the United States Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2). Until the registration is active, the statutory safe harbor under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) is not available for publicly hosted user-submitted content. The Service therefore temporarily restricts US traffic to the public-sharing surfaces to prevent accrual of pre-registration exposure — a measure that protects both the Operator and rights holders.

When access will resume

Expected timeline: 1–3 business days from the time this page is shown. Once the agent record is active in the public USCO directory and the Copyright Policy has been updated with the agent's contact details, the geo-restriction will lift automatically — no action required on your part.

Copyright notices

Rights-holder complaints (DMCA notices) and counter-notices remain fully open: the report form and counter-notice form are accessible without restriction, including from the United States. You may also write to [email protected].
